Fugett Design Services RestructuresDesign Firm to Become ADVANCED ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS INC.February 19, 1997 To our Valued Clients: As you are well aware, growth is the lifeblood of any successful business enterprise. Thanks to the loyal patronage of valued clients like yourself, we at Fugett Design Services are pleased to say that we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth in recent years. Our success is a reflection of your continued trust in us, and for that trust and support we are deeply grateful. Often times, however, along with growth comes change. We are excited to announce that we have reached that stage in the life of our company. It has recently become evident to us that in order to continue to provide our clients with the quality of service they have come to expect from Fugett Design Services over the past 12 years, we must make changes to accommodate our current and anticipated growth. Quite simply put, we have outgrown not only our office facilities, but our corporate structure as well. It is, therefore, with great pride and enthusiasm we announce that as of April 1, 1997, Fugett Design Services will become ADVANCED ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS INC. The same Fugett Design Services personnel that have served you in the past will remain on as staff members of AES Inc., and will continue to handle your Design, Engineering and Project Management needs as always. Our corporate "home" will remain in Minooka, Illinois, though we will be moving into a larger, more convenient facility within the community. We see these changes as being absolutely necessary in order for us to fulfill our commitment to provide you, our valued clients, with the finest professional services possible, within the timeframes that you require and for a cost that we trust you will find to be favorable to your budgetary constraints. We're confident that these changes will go a long way toward ensuring the continued success of both of our businesses.
